Abstract


The aim of this program is to improve the marketing capabilities of Cempaka Putih micro business actors (UMKM). This program is initiated from the problems faced by partners which are illustrated in the situation map and the solutions offered to overcome the problems faced by partners. The solutions offered are training and mentoring with materials: creating a website portal, creating a digital marketing community, creating an online promotion method for MSMEs in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta. The approach used is: learning, implementation and mentoring or evaluation for micro-entrepreneurs. The results of the guidance show an increase in marketing abilities for the training participants.
