Abstract
Education is the most important element in the creation of a strong character in building the future, a person’s mental formation takes place in the education process from the basic education to higher education. A comprehension material of Microsoft Office (word, excel) as one of basic competence is not to be formal school education so it is necessary to equip high schools’ students. ATPUSI as an institution which has a role in developing high school’s progress has to add this program as a part of students’ readiness in facing work force. Based on the ATPUSI’s problem, Microsoft-training is chosen as a solution regarding to the prior problem. This program was participated by high school students’ from ATPUSI’s management and held from 13 July to 24 July 2020. This program was held by used Microsoft Excel’s material and Microsoft Word in using mail merge’s method to prepare an office administration. The participants get a knowledge about the technique of administration of papers or correspondence and how to double the paper quickly by using mail merge. The result of this training shows the improving of students’ skill in maximizing the Microsoft Office’s use relates to make an office administration.
