Abstract

The Clothes for Charity (CFC) Division is one of the divisions in the Gemilang Indonesia (GI) social Foundation.  They have a clothes donation program for free education for the poor. Donated clothes from donors will be resold. The proceeds from the sale will be used for operational costs for the education of poor children who are assisted by GI. Some problems that the CFC division has are 1) Low ability to develop the CFC store business and, 2) Lack of adequate financial management in-store management. The community service team contributes to providing solutions to problems faced by partners, namely: 1) Providing a Business Workshop Program with business basics material where the delivery of training material with the mentoring method combines training-consulting-task-doing. And 2) Provision of simple digital financial applications. The program implementation phase has been running according to schedule but the COVID-19 pandemic has been affected by changing the implementation method from offline to online and shortening the duration of the workshop. However, from the results of the evaluation of the implementation of this program, it can be seen that the result of the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in this program is 87.0%.
