Adolescence is a transition period between childhood and adulthood. The one of major issues that emerge in this period is puberty, which brings maturity to their reproduction organs. Due to this change, adolescents begin sexually interested with opposite sex and intitiate romantic relationship. Actually, these are normal phenomena, but they should considered social norms and values on these matters. Some researches show that risk sexual behavior and toxic relationship become ciritcal issues among adolescents, including visually diabled adolescents. Based on preleminary qualitative inquiry conducted by writers, some of visually disabled adolescents involved in risk sexual behavior, and trapped in toxic relationship. This program was created in order to improve visaully disabled adolescents knowledge and comprehension about health reproductive and health relationship. The participants of these program are 20 visually diabled adolescents who live in Jakarta. This program uses lecture, case study, and discusson as mthod in delivering material. Effectivity of this program is measured by comparing mean socre of pre-test and mean socre of post-test. The result shows that there is significant difference between mean socre of pre-test and post-test by using paired t-test. So, it can be concluded that this program is effective in improving visually diabled adolescents knowledge and comprehension about health reproduction and health relation topic.
