Tooth and mouth disease which is commonly found in the community is dental caries. Dental caries can be caused by the lack of public desire to have their teeth checked regularly by the dentist so that preventive measures can be taken against caries disease. Teenager group is a category where massive preventive action can be taken. For this reason, it is necessary to take preventive action that can reduce the prevalence level of caries in the form of socialization of the use of topical fluoride as a preventive measure for dental health in teenagers in Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Pusat. This activity was carried out online using a virtual zoom application that can be operated by participants using a gadget, laptop or PC computer. Implementation of dental and oral health education regarding the importance of fluoride may increase teenagers knowledge in efforts to prevent dental caries, however, it is necessary to apply directly to teenagers teeth
